Lakewood – On May 3rd 2015, three DePere Concepts
employees participated in the 14th Annual Lakewood Hospital Ambulance
Chase. The event was an opportunity to
help raise money for the Lakewood Hospital’s Foundation events. The race
facilitated engagement between the community and Lakewood Hospital through
special event and activities that raise critical funds. The 5k consisted of 702
participants. Nicole placed 233, David placed 242, and Jeremy finished 250 out
of the 702 runners. They helped engage the community by supporting the services
and programs offered at Lakewood Hospital. Together everyone helped to provide
$475,000 to enhance patient care at Lakewood Hospital. “It was a gorgeous day,
the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, people in the community were
cheering you on. It felt good to run for such a great cause” said Nicole. DePere
will continue to achieve greatness by giving back all that they can to their
local communities!
