Congratulations Chantel! Chantel's customer oriented background has given her the patience and communications skills for her most recent promotion with DePere. Brittany's strong people skills from her office management background has given her the skill set to quickly advance at DePere.

John joined DePere with a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State and is also a Veteran from the United States Army. John is working hard on expanding our new renewable energy campaign, Star Energy. Congratulations guys! Your leadership and integrity has truly set you apart and we cannot wait to watch you raise the bar each and every day!!

National Conference 2015!!

This conference will include a meet and greet social, meetings about NEW & upcoming campaigns and awards ceremony! It's A Whirley Time At DePere!

DePere Employees Looking to Give Back

Lakewood – On May 3^rd 2015, three DePere Concepts employees participated in the 14^th Annual Lakewood Hospital Ambulance Chase.  The event was an opportunity to help raise money for the Lakewood Hospital’s Foundation events. The race facilitated engagement between the community and Lakewood Hospital through special event and activities that raise critical funds. The 5k consisted of 702 participants. Nicole placed 233, David placed 242, and Jeremy finished 250 out of the 702 runners. They helped engage the community by supporting the services and programs offered at Lakewood Hospital. Together everyone helped to provide $475,000 to enhance patient care at Lakewood Hospital. “It was a gorgeous day, the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, people in the community were cheering you on. It felt good to run for such a great cause” said Nicole. DePere will continue to achieve greatness by giving back all that they can to their local communities!

Conference In Chicago!

Everyone here at DePere Concepts traveled to Chicago this past weekend for a national conference. Everyone took full advantage of this awesome opportunity to network with other representatives as well as some of the Top Dogs in the company. We are all eager to put all of this fantastic information to use back home.

Spring into Promotions!!

Off To Phoenix!!

President of Depere Concepts, Cole Heeg, has gone to Phoenix, for a weekend getaway.  Cole has been hand selected, along with 4 other individuals to discuss this AWESOME opportunity. Cole will get to stay at a luxurious resort in Phoenix, while networking with other top performers in the organization.  At this workshop, Cole will get to talk about NEW and EXCITING launches that the organization has been firing up. Who Loves Promotions?!?

    It has been a great week at DePere Concepts! Our Account Manager, Nicole Geletka was promoted at Corporate Trainer this morning!! Nicole graduated from Ursuline College with a Bachelor of Arts in Life Science Biology. After graduating, Nicole decided to check out new opportunities and found DePere! With her competitive background in track and field and cross country, it was no surprise about her success! She has shown quality management with our clients and continues to motivate everyone around her! Congratulations Nicole on your success!!

   Keys to Success was very eventful for DePere's President, Cole Heeg with HR Managers Rosie Strahsburg and Christy Mazzone. The weekend in Dallas was filled with campaign and administrative breakouts, awards, and recognition for the top office managers and assistant managers across the country.

 DePere Concepts was recognized within the top 30 offices in the nation for our exemplary performance in 2014. The weekend concluded with the employee giveaway from a 4 MILLION DOLLAR bonus pool to the top 30 offices! It has been a great year for DePere Concepts, coming in at 27^th in the Nation! We would not be where we are today without our wonderful management team and our hard working employees! We cannot wait to see what 2015 has for us!

2015 Keys to Success!

It's going to be an eventful weekend for DePere Concepts! President Cole Heeg and Human Resource Managers Christy and Rosie will be traveling to Dallas, Texas for the 2015 Keys to Success Conference. Held once a year, Keys to Success aims to define the year’s goals, objectives, and reinforce best practices. The event also outlines the new bonuses for 2015 and recognizes the top managers in the country. Cole goes to say “I’m excited for the opportunity to take this time to better myself and the company. It will be a great occasion to learn from the best and to check Dallas out as well.”

DePere Concepts is proud to announce our newest promotion! Our Account Manager, Curtis Cox was promoted to Corporate Trainer this week!! Curtis has been picking up the pace in our Independence office with his interpersonal skills and great work ethic. Curtis has developed into a person with great confidence and presence. When asked how he is achieving his milestones, Curtis said "I set goals. When I set goals they are realistic, but also challenging. They should always scare me a bit." Justina Santora, our top Corporate Trainer, has stepped up the competition! Justina’s weekly total was a most impressive, calculating to $2,189.89. Congratulations on the weekly accomplishments with our client acquisition and excellent representation of our company!
