Off To Phoenix!!

President of Depere Concepts, Cole Heeg, has gone to Phoenix, for a weekend getaway.  Cole has been hand selected, along with 4 other individuals to discuss this AWESOME opportunity. Cole will get to stay at a luxurious resort in Phoenix, while networking with other top performers in the organization.  At this workshop, Cole will get to talk about NEW and EXCITING launches that the organization has been firing up. Congratulations Cole! We cannot wait to see what BENEFICIAL information and ideas that you will bring home from the trip!

Who Loves Promotions?!?

    It has been a great week at DePere Concepts! Our Account Manager, Nicole Geletka was promoted at Corporate Trainer this morning!! Nicole graduated from Ursuline College with a Bachelor of Arts in Life Science Biology. After graduating, Nicole decided to check out new opportunities and found DePere! With her competitive background in track and field and cross country, it was no surprise about her success! She has shown quality management with our clients and continues to motivate everyone around her! Congratulations Nicole on your success!!

   Keys to Success was very eventful for DePere's President, Cole Heeg with HR Managers Rosie Strahsburg and Christy Mazzone. The weekend in Dallas was filled with campaign and administrative breakouts, awards, and recognition for the top office managers and assistant managers across the country.

 DePere Concepts was recognized within the top 30 offices in the nation for our exemplary performance in 2014. The weekend concluded with the employee giveaway from a 4 MILLION DOLLAR bonus pool to the top 30 offices! It has been a great year for DePere Concepts, coming in at 27^th in the Nation! We would not be where we are today without our wonderful management team and our hard working employees! We cannot wait to see what 2015 has for us!

2015 Keys to Success!

It's going to be an eventful weekend for DePere Concepts! President Cole Heeg and Human Resource Managers Christy and Rosie will be traveling to Dallas, Texas for the 2015 Keys to Success Conference. Held once a year, Keys to Success aims to define the year’s goals, objectives, and reinforce best practices. The event also outlines the new bonuses for 2015 and recognizes the top managers in the country. Cole goes to say “I’m excited for the opportunity to take this time to better myself and the company. It will be a great occasion to learn from the best and to check Dallas out as well.”

DePere Concepts is proud to announce our newest promotion! Our Account Manager, Curtis Cox was promoted to Corporate Trainer this week!! Curtis has been picking up the pace in our Independence office with his interpersonal skills and great work ethic. Curtis has developed into a person with great confidence and presence. When asked how he is achieving his milestones, Curtis said "I set goals. When I set goals they are realistic, but also challenging. They should always scare me a bit."
