It's a great start to the week at DePere!!

A promotion is a great way to start our week in Cleveland! Today, our Account Manager, Shane Geer was promoted to Corporate Trainer!! Shortly after graduating from Oakland University in Michigan with a major in Marketing and Business Administration, Shane started with DePere Concepts. With Shane's background and education, it is no surprise about his quick advancement at DePere. He has shown quality and dedication to his work with our clients while maintaining and improving their accounts. Congratulations Shane and keep up the great work!!

DePere Celebrates a Promotion!!

It's been a great week here in Cleveland! DePere was able to promote our Account Manager, Jeremy Mayer, to Corporate Trainer!! When Jeremy started with our firm, he excelled with our client relations. Jeremy has an unbeatable work ethic that quickly qualified him for our position as Corporate Trainer. With his student mentality and his hunger to succeed, Jeremy has accomplished much in minimal time with his Senior Corporate Trainer Nick Strahsburg (Pictured Left).  DePere welcomes Jeremy to his new position and is excited to have such hard working and goal minded employees! DePere Concepts: New November Promotion!!

DePere is on the road again!!

DePere is on the road once again! After the 2014 Regional Conference in Chicago, one of DePere's HR Managers, Rosie, is visiting our partnering office in Des Moines, Iowa. While spending her week in Des Moines, Rosie and Innovative Management Group's HR Manager Angie, will be conducting orientation and developing employees. Rosie will also be training and overseeing the administration operations. We hope you have a great time in Des Moines!

Jerred and Nick: Top in the Nation!!

DePere would like to congratulate Jerred Morrison and Nick Strahsburg being recognized as Top Performers in the Nation! Jerred and Nick both are incredibly driven men. With their student mentality and sports driven background, it was not a surprise to see their success! Off to Los Angeles!!!

DePere Concepts' President, Cole Heeg is starting this weekend off in sunny Los Angeles!! Nine of the top managers in the nation, along with Cole, have been invited to a warm weekend getaway! Along with relaxing in the beautiful California climate, Cole will be meeting with these managers to review the successful year, and strategize the new year to come. Cole goes to say " I'm thrilled to attend this weekend to share what has been successful for my company, and learn what other top performing managers are doing to be the very best." DePere's own Corporate Trainer, Kyle Arend has been announced as the winner of a new 40" Smart t.v.! Our telecommunication clients in Cleveland began the contest three weeks ago, with five of our corporate trainers in the lead. Off to Atlantis for some R&R!!

   DePere Concepts, Incorporated's President; Cole Heeg and Assistant Manager; Ryan Westphal are headed off this week to Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas for some rest and relaxation! With 2014 being their best year yet, they will take this time to enjoy the hard work they have accomplished. Along with relaxing in the water park for the weekend, Cole and Ryan will be enjoying an annual award ceremony with other top performing managers. Everyone at DePere Concepts, Incorporated wishes Cole and Ryan a great trip and congratulates them as they continue with their success!

DePere Concepts Inc. would like to give a BIG shout out to our most recent expansion team in Milwaukee. Owner, Barrett Fredrickson, has created a positive work atmosphere for his team and continued his dedication to our organization by performing above all expectations. Barrett started at DePere in 2012 and earned his way to management shortly after. After expanding to Milwaukee his awesome attitude has led him to be a great success and asset to the team.

Another Promotion to Assistant Manager!!!!!

DePere Concepts, Inc would like to congratulate our newest Cleveland assistant manager, Ryan Westphal!!! Ryan began his career at DePere Concepts, Inc last January, in our entry level sales position. With his strong recruiting background, he was soon promoted to Corporate Trainer. His hard work and dedication has been the key factors for his promotion. DePere Concepts will be expanding to a new market this year and Ryan will take on partnership of this new office. For the next few months Ryan will be learning more about how to run a successful business as well as financial management, human resource management, and administration. It's been a great week at DePere Concepts! Seven of our corporate trainers were recognized as being the top ranked representatives in the country!! Ranking fifteenth in the nation is corporate trainer, Douglas Gray. Our assistant manager, David Blike was next, nationally ranking at thirty three. At fifty seven in the nation, is corporate trainer, Nicole Applegarth. Our next corporate trainer, Ryan Westphal is also a top representative,  at eighty four. Close behind, at ninety two is corporate trainer Michael Austin. Another DePere corporate trainer, Brandon Karton is ranked nationally at ninety six. At one hundred nineteen in the nation, is our corporate trainer, Steevy Rich. We are committed to delivering quality results to our clients, working harder every day to achieve the goals we have set. Road Trip To Milwaukee!!

The week begins with a road trip here at DePere Concepts! Leading the trip is our assistant manager, Dave Blike, along with our corporate trainers, Danielle, Ryan, and Mike. They will be traveling to visit our partnering office located in Milwaukee! During their stay, Dave and his team will be running morning meetings, assisting in training and developing new employees, and conducting orientations. We hope you have a great trip!
